Register online for the 2012 Members Forum. Individuals are able to register themselves singly, their colleagues, or any combination of the two. You will be prompted to input this information during the registration process.
Choose the following option that best fits your needs and follow the instructions.
Individuals with an Existing NYEC Account (used to access members-only documents such as YouthNotes):
To login using your existing NYEC Account information, enter your login name (typically an email address) and password at www.z2systems.com/np/clients/nyec/login.jsp. From the homepage, select "2012 Members Forum" and follow the steps to complete your registration.
Create a New NYEC Account:
To create an NYEC Account to register for the Member's Forum: Visit www.z2systems.com/np/clients/nyec/login.jsp. Select "Create an Account" and fill in your contact information (NYEC suggests you use your email address for your login Name). You will be prompted to re-enter your login name and password to sign into the site. From the homepage you can select "2012 Members Forum" and follow the steps to complete the process.
Except in cases of documented medical or family emergency, NYEC will charge a $50 cancellation fee for any registrations cancelled before March 8, 2012. After March 8, 2012, the full registration fee is due regardless of whether the registrant in question attends. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted via email at email@example.com , or postal mail to:
