NYEC Policy Framework - June 2005

The purpose of this policy framework is to promote a national framework that includes actions for government at all levels to support the healthy development of our nation's youth. The National Youth Employment Coalition (NYEC) is calling for new policies at the local, state, and federal levels that facilitate quality programs. This framework can be used as a blueprint for influencing policy development at all levels of government. 06/13/2005
